My name is Lucy Jones and I’ve been practicing as a Registered Medical Herbalist since 2006. After many years of being based in Castle Cary, I've recently moved my clinic premises to Queen Camel, also in South Somerset. Over the years I've had the privilege of helping people from near and far to find new levels of energy, optimism and comfort in their own body, often where other approaches haven't succeeded. To achieve this I’ve developed a unique treatment approach which combines the ancient wisdom of Tibetan Medicine with the rich tradition of Western Herbal Medicine.

 

I understand that choosing someone to help with your health journey is a very personal decision. I do hope that by looking through this website, you'll get a feel for how I work. Being a herbalist is far more than a 'job' to me. I strive to help my patients to feel well and to have the energy and enthusiasm to live their life to the full, whatever that may mean within their own health situation. If you have questions before requesting to join my waiting list, please do email me or you can telephone me. I'm not able to answer my telephone while I'm with patients so please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I do hold some 'drop in' clinics allowing people to come in for a ten minute chat but these are really to find out my approach should we work together. I'm not able to prescribe tailor made herbal medicines following a short 'drop in' conversation.
